This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the People's Republic of China Industry Standard SH/T 0689 "Determination of Total Sulfur Content in Light Hydrocarbons, Engine Fuels and Other Oils (Ultraviolet Fluorescence Method)" and is suitable for use in accordance with SH/T 0689 The standard uses ultraviolet fluorescence method to determine the total sulfur content, which is suitable for testing the sulfur content of gasoline and diesel including the National V standard. It can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, electric power, coal, food, environmental protection and other fields. It is currently an advanced sulfur analysis instrument at home and abroad.
This instrument is also suitable for the requirements of ASTM D 5453 standard.
Features
1. The instrument adopts pulsed ultraviolet fluorescence analysis method, with lower detection limit and higher detection accuracy, which can meet the requirements of national VI and higher standard oil sulfur content detection.
2. Windows Chinese operating platform, computer control analysis, data processing and other processes, display the working status of the whole process; test parameters and results can be saved or printed; historical data query and graphic playback can be realized for comparison and analysis.
3. The instrument adopts international popular circuits and imported components, which reduces instrument noise and improves detection sensitivity.
4. Core components: membrane dryer, filter, xenon lamp, photomultiplier tube and other main accessories are original parts imported from the United States, Japan, and Europe to ensure the quality of the instrument and the accuracy of the analysis results. Among them, the xenon lamp (Japan) is a pulsed ultraviolet light source with stable light intensity, slow attenuation and long service life.
5. Using imported high-quality heating furnace wire, the cracking furnace has a longer service life.
6. It has a delayed shutdown function. After the experiment is over, you can set the time to automatically shut down, allowing the cracking furnace to cool naturally, and automatically shut down when the time comes, which overcomes the shortcomings of manual waiting in the past.
7. Reaction chamber: At the same time, it adopts the advanced technology of double leak-proof (light and gas) mechanical processing, the detection sensitivity and repeatability are significantly improved, and the measurement data results reach the international advanced level.
8. Analysis results: The instrument has fast analysis speed (2-3min/sample), analysis is accurate and stable, and the repeatability error is far better than the SH/T 0689 analysis error requirement.
9. Single-point correction of standard sample reverse standard, arbitrary adjustment of high pressure, no need to redo standard curve.
10. Instrument calibration: The instrument is calibrated with standard samples imported from the United States and Japan to ensure the accuracy of the instrument measurement, so that the instrument surpasses similar domestic products in trace measurement and accuracy.
11. The open lims database management mode is convenient for database retrieval and management.
12. Optional solid sampler; solid sampler is equipped with a refrigeration system.
13. Optional nitrogen digester can eliminate the interference of high nitrogen and meet the requirements of high nitrogen and low sulfur detection.
