Summary
    The instrument is designed and made as per the Industry Standard of People's Republic of China JTG E20-2011 Standard Test Methods for Bitumen and Bituminous Mixtures for Highway Engineering.  It is suitable to blend before making samples of bituminous mixture.  The instrument has small volume, reasonable structure and easy to operate.  It is the first choice instrument for manufacturing enterprises, highway, bridge, airport, college and scientific research institutes.
 
I.  Main technical specifications 
1. The instrument adopts advanced microprocessor controlling technology.  So it can preset blending temperature in the rage of ambient temperature ~200ºC at random.  Automatically adjust and control PID parameters, and automatically control blending time.  It can also be used in the laboratory for the sample test.
2. The maximum blending cubage is 60L.  It can be used in the construction field of highway, bridge and airport ect. , and it can also be used in the laboratory for sample test.
3. The instrument has functions of protection, and it can avoid mechanical destruction according to mistakes.
