5. Structural design:
Two wind-driving motors are used for each section of the oven cover. After the equipment air is heated, the centrifugal circulating fan will flow out horizontally . After it enters the working room and fully conducts heat with the baking workpiece, it is sucked in from the right top, and the temperature of the working room is increased by repeated cycles. To ensure the temperature uniformity of each area inside the oven, the heating pipes are installed on the upper and lower sides of the mesh belt, the stainless steel heating pipes at the bottom are heated, the SSR solid state relay controls the output of the heating pipes, the inlet and outlet are equipped with adjustable baffles, and two air volumes of 100mm in diameter are set Adjustable stainless steel vent.
