Application
The High-speed reciprocating friction and wear tester is mainly used for testing the friction and wear performance of materials and surface coatings. The machine uses weight loading 50g-2000g; automatic constant loading; dynamic alternating loading: (sine wave loading, triangle wave, gradient loading) three loading modes, which can simulate point, line, and surface contact forms to reciprocate to achieve different test force, friction frequency, friction coefficient and other friction performance parameters under different test frequency and different test temperature conditions, it can also be tested under lubricating conditions.

Use industrial control computer and related software to realize the full name control of the whole machine and test process, real-time display test force, test time, test frequency, friction force, friction coefficient and test temperature, print the report of stored data, and draw various parameter curves.

The machine is equipped with over-preset shutdown or alarm protection.
