The vacuum box-type atmosphere furnace has good sealing performance and is suitable for high-concentration atmosphere protection experiments. The furnace mouth is designed with a water cooling device, equipped with a double-headed air inlet with a valve, a protective cover, a gas flow meter, a silicone tube, a single-headed air outlet with a valve, a protective cover, and a vacuum pressure gauge. When in use, the cold liquid in the low-temperature tank prepared by the user must be connected to the cooling device (water cooling can also be used when the operating temperature is not high). During the atmosphere protection experiment, inert gases such as nitrogen and other gases can be directly introduced so that high-temperature heating of the workpiece will not produce oxidation and decarburization. It is used for high-temperature sintering with gas protection, and can also be used for ordinary quenching and other heat treatment processes. If a high-purity process is required, a vacuum pump is used to first extract the air in the furnace, and then fill it with inert gas. A certain pressure can also be increased as needed to ensure the high purity of the inert gas;

Composition of furnace body:
1. Furnace shell: The furnace body is processed by CNC machine tools, and is made by polishing, grinding, pickling, phosphating, spraying plastic powder, high-temperature baking, etc. It is a two-color combination, with a novel and beautiful appearance, and has anti-oxidation, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, and high temperature resistance;
2. Temperature controller: The temperature controller is a double-line LED display dial with 50-segment programming, mainly used for temperature control, with high temperature control accuracy (plus or minus 1 degree), sensitive response, programmable PID control, with deviation, over-temperature alarm and power-off protection, safe and reliable operation. PID self-tuning, automatic heating, automatic heat preservation, automatic cooling, no need to be on duty;
3. Refractory materials: Lightweight alumina fiber has special effects such as high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, oxidation resistance, etc., is not easy to crack, has a long service life, slow heat conduction, energy saving, unique furnace design, durable and no collapse;
4. Insulation layer: Medium temperature layer: Use ordinary aluminum, high aluminum, high aluminum containing zirconium and other ceramic fiber materials for insulation, high temperature resistance, low heat conduction, no pollution (select insulation materials according to different temperatures), the energy saving effect of the insulation layer is 60% of the old electric furnace; Outer insulation: high temperature felt or nanofiber board (select insulation materials according to different temperatures);
5. It adopts an integrated module control unit with accurate control accuracy, and is designed with dual-circuit control and dual-circuit protection, with protections such as overshoot, overshoot, undershoot, segment pair, phase loss, overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, current feedback, and soft start;
6. Furnace door opening method: The furnace door opening method is axial 180-degree side opening;

Sealing and atmosphere
1. Sealing: The sealing part adopts silicone rubber ring (temperature resistance 260 degrees - 350 degrees);
2. Water cooling: In order to ensure better sealing effect, the furnace door and furnace top adopt circulating water cooling seal to protect the long-term use of the sealing rubber ring;
3. Water cooling parts: furnace top, furnace mouth;
4. Gas port: one inlet and one outlet, both equipped with needle valves;
5. Gas flow: adopt float flowmeter, standard range 1-10L/min;
6. Gas: nitrogen or inert gas
Precautions when using a vacuum box furnace:
A. The cooling device interface must be connected to coolant before heating;
B. Heating is only allowed under atmosphere protection or vacuum conditions;
C. Heating is strictly prohibited without atmosphere protection or in a non-vacuum state or when objects with gas expansion are placed;
D. Pay attention to the condition of the vacuum pressure gauge, and take no pressure or a small amount of pressure as the safety principle;
E. After the furnace is heated up and naturally cooled to a safe temperature, open the valve first and then open the furnace door.
