The SSH-1 wet sieve analysis kit is suitable for determining the sediment concentration of drilling fluid and barite. The drilling fluid is placed on the filter screen, and the sediment concentration of the drilling fluid and barite is measured by using water to wash the drilling fluid, and the percentage of the sieve is obtained.

The type of wet screen works by passing the water through a specified pressure (the pressure displayed in the pressure gauge should be 10 psi from the pressure reducing valve) through the nozzle for the required time to determine the drilling fluid or barite on the filter screen. (200 mesh or 325 mesh) water was sieved (wet sieve) to obtain a sieve residue percentage.
The working pressure and effective filtration area of the SSH-1 wet sieve analysis kit are all based on the API standard, and the drilling fluid cup capacity is 400 ml.
