Control method and software function This tester is an electromechanical-hydraulic integrated precision instrument. The imported hydraulic pump is used as the power source. The overflow, throttling, reversing valves are all original and independently developed proportional valves from Taiwan. and the hydraulic cylinder adoptes a frictionless plunger cylinder to ensure accurate force values.The spindle motor selects the servo integrated speed regulation system and motor, which has stable speed, large torque, wide speed range, and low noise. The measurement parameters include test force, friction force, test time, and test cycle (spindle revolutions).Four parameters can be preset according to the studied material to achieve the best use effect. When any parameter exceeds the preset value, the corresponding alarm light will be on and the spindle will stop rotating, the results of all measuring axes can be displayed on the computer screen in real time, and the test curves can be recorded and saved.
