Petroleum Products Flash Point Tester (Martin Closed Cup Method)
PT-XH-102B Introduction: The instrument is designed and manufactured by ASTM D93 standard. The instrument is used to determine flash point of petroleum products in closed cup method. The petroleum product is heating in the airtight oil cup under the standard rated condition. The mixed gas formed by petroleum product steam with the surrounding air, when contact with the flame, the lowest temperature of the petroleum product, is the flash point of petroleum products in closed cup method.
The instrument is composed of digital electric heating device, electric stirring device, precision digital voltage regulation device, ignition device, time alarm device, standard oil cup, etc. Start the motor, via driving flexible shaft, drive stirrer stir, oil temperature will be able to ensure uniformity and stability.
