Application:

YXQ.WF21\22 horizontal rectangular sterilizer is an automatic control sterilization equipment with adjustable temperature and time display using saturated pressure steam as the medium. The equipment has its own steam generator, preheating the interlayer before sterilization, replacing the cold air in the inner layer, and drying the interlayer after sterilization to dry the items. It uses digital display of temperature and time and button setting function, and is suitable for sterilization of clothing, materials, instruments, utensils, culture media and other items in hospital supply rooms, operating rooms, pharmaceutical factories and scientific research departments.

 

Features:

1. The main body is a rectangular double-layer structure. The inner layer is high-quality 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel and the outer layer is high-quality pressure vessel steel plate Q235-B. It is welded by automatic welding process, and the inner layer adopts special mechanical and chemical surface treatment.

2. Intelligent single-chip microcomputer control. Safe and reliable fully automatic program operation controls pressure, temperature, time, and the LED digital display screen displays the sterilization process dialog box throughout the process. The sterilization process is automatically controlled, no supervision is required, and it is easy to use. 3. The sterilization temperature is 105-129ºC optional, and the sterilization program can be set arbitrarily to disinfect and sterilize different types of items.

4. Enter the drying program, that is, the automatic countdown, and the heating power will be automatically cut off after the end, and an alarm will sound to prompt the end of the program.

5. It is equipped with over-temperature and over-pressure automatic protection devices.

6. Safety interlock device: When the door is not closed, steam cannot enter the inner body and an alarm will be issued. When the pressure in the sterilization chamber is greater than 0.027Mpa, the door is interlocked and cannot be opened.

7. Overpressure protection: When the pressure exceeds the working pressure, the safety valve automatically releases the pressure for protection.

8. Low water level protection device: When the water level reaches the high water level, it cannot be heated. When the water level is low, it automatically cuts off the power and alarms.

9. Overcurrent protection: When the current is overloaded, the power circuit breaker automatically cuts off the power.

10. There are single and double door options. The sealed door adopts a radial door latch locking structure and is equipped with a safety interlock device for simple operation. The sealing ring is made of high-temperature resistant and elastic silicone rubber, which is durable.

11. According to user needs, you can choose a built-in steam generator for the equipment.
