WAW-1000D microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo-hydraulic universal testing machine is mainly used for mechanical performance tests of metal materials, nonmetal materials, product parts, components, structural parts, and standard parts, such as stretching, compression, bending, etc. The main machine adopts an oil cylinder under-mounted main machine structure.
If this series of testing machines are equipped with environmental devices, they can also do tensile, compressive and bending tests of materials in this environment.For example: high temperature stretching, low temperature stretching, compression and other tests.
It is suitable for steel, metallurgy, building materials, quality inspection center, water conservancy and hydropower, highway and bridge, scientific research institutes, colleges and universities mechanics and other factories, mines and testing and scientific research institutions.

1 Host
The main machine adopts a main machine with an oil cylinder arranged below, the stretching space is located above the main machine, and the compression and bending test space is located between the lower crossbeam of the main machine and the workbench.
2 Transmission system
The lifting of the middle crossbeam adopts a motor to drive the screw rod to rotate through a chain wheel to adjust the spatial position of the middle crossbeam so as to realize the adjustment of stretching and compressing spaces.
3 The hydraulic principle of the hydraulic system is shown in Figure 2. It is a load-adaptive oil intake throttling speed regulation system.

The hydraulic oil in the oil tank drives the oil pump to enter the oil passage through the motor, flows through the one-way valve, the high-pressure oil filter, the differential pressure valve group and the servo valve, and enters the oil cylinder.The computer sends a control signal to the proportional servo valve to control the opening and direction of the proportional servo valve so as to control the flow into the oil cylinder and realize the control of constant velocity test force, constant velocity displacement, etc.
