Summary
This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the People's Republic of China standard GB / T 1792-88 and ASTM D3227 "Determination of mercaptan sulfur in distillate fuels (potentiometric titration method)" with simple structure, beautiful appearance and automation high degree and accurate analysis results, suitable for measuring mercaptan sulfur in jet fuel, gasoline, kerosene and light diesel fuel without hydrogen sulfide in the range of 0.0001% to 0.05% (m / m). It is the laboratory, analysis room and petrochemical research departments of the ideal of the necessary instruments.
I. Main technical features
1. It adopts potentiometric titration method, equipped with desktop computer, and adopts Windows operating platform, direct human-machine dialogue, simple and easy to understand.
2. Titration apparatus adopts imported key components. Stable and reliable performance, low noise.
3. Automatic cleaning, rehydration, and fixed value addition, with high degree of automation and accurate analysis results, suitable for the analysis of thiol sulfur in a variety of light and dark oils in petrochemical products.
4. The endpoint is automatically judged, the titration results and data are automatically stored and printed, and the titration curve is displayed in real time, which can provide complete titration data for analysis and research.
5. Multi-parameter settings and corrections make analysis of different types of samples simple, fast solution, short analysis time, and more accurate results.
6. Double high impedance input, electrode potential is more stable and reliable.
7. The test sample is small, only (10 ~ 50) ml is needed each time, the test time is fast, and the test time of each sample on the machine is about 5 minutes.
