Introduction:
Provision: method for measuring the amount of carbon residue left behind after the oil evaporation and pyrolysis. Provide some relative coking tendency. Generally, applies less volatile petroleum products when the atmospheric distillation partially decomposed.
The instrument consists of a metal coking furnace, electric control box, sample loading, control ball and coke glass bottles, temperature control adopts a sophisticated intelligent digital regulator heating, making furnace temperature uniformity increase, hysteresis is extremely small, at the same time also used another piece of intelligent digital temperature controller as coking bottle and temperature calibration, so the instrument design is reasonable, precise temperature control. The instrument also added 20 minutes and 30 minutes timing alarm, easy for user to time.
