Steps for using a coal moisture analyzer
1. Hold the instrument and screw the sensor probe into the body socket.

2. Press the power switch ON/OFF, and the digital display on the LCD screen will be within 00.0 ± 0.5. If it is not within this range, slowly adjust the zero adjustment knob (ZERO) to display the number within 00.0 ± 0.5. Press the S/D button to switch between single and double precision.

3. Insert the probe into the tested object to make good contact with the probe. After the value stabilizes, the displayed number is the moisture value of the tested object

4. Numerical verification: When there is an error in the measured value, please turn the dial. For example, the actual moisture content of the tested object is 15%, and the displayed value is 14% using a 7-speed test. Rotate the dial clockwise to display 15% on the display screen, and then check the position indicated by the dial. When measuring similar substances in the future, select this gear. If the displayed value is greater than the actual moisture value, rotate the dial counterclockwise to reach the actual moisture value; Also note this gear position for future calibration without any need.
